Does anyone know why Yamen Sanders didn't play last night? Maybe he did right at the start and I missed him but I never saw him on the field.

I take that to mean "nothing too serious." Aside from the win -- however ugly the game started out -- the best news from yesterday's game may be that we have not heard of any serious injuries, guys out for awhile, etc. That has not always been the case for an opening game, and therefore something of a bright spot.
 
His back up, Justin Strong tied the team lead in tackles but had a costly personal foul on a TFL that would have forced a long 3rd and goal and instead gave them 1st and goal. Two plays later they capped of a 6 play 7 yard drive for pay dirt to retake the lead 17-13. I know he was excited to make the play but you gotta be smarter.

Yeah sucked that he didn't start that exchenge that led to the personal foul. Hard for a young guy to keep his cool when someone elbows you in the groin I suppose.
