No NIT bid for the Griz

So both Weber State and Northern Arizona are in post season tourney, and the Griz nothing! Did the Griz pass up chance to play in these hoping to get NIT bid! Damn!

UM was contacted by both of them and they wanted a commit right away, but UM decided to see if the got an NIT bid, which was what they should have done imo. Long Beach State losing hurt the NIT shot they likely would have had.
 
That sucks...on their site it makes it sound like the CBI and CIT are both for teams that didn't get into the NIT, implying that it's a "wait and see" type of thing. If they are not demanding commitments before the NIT field is set, that goes against what they were initially formed for..

It is semantics to say demanding or putting a lot of pressure, but they were trying to get Montana to commit on Saturday.
 
Next Year, Next year. Crap. We did not play really well down the stretch.
Made for a long winter.
I had one more game in me and was sure we were NIT bound.
