Yea those damn democrats in CA that lied to us about WMD in Iraq. Suspended habeous corpus in 2006, set up a worldwide torture network, passed and renewed the Patriot act and vastly increased drone strikes world wide. All those things that are near and dear to our constitution. James Madison would have surely been so proud of these principled republicans today.

Good Lord. Dems voted in nearly equal proportion for the WMD. No single president killed more with drone strikes than a Dem; it's not even close.

As far as Ca goes...I hear they'd be happy to have you.
Ok doggie...
Yea, the democrats are cowards. But I'll ask this... Do you think we would have wasted trillions in the middle east and had a drone strike program that was in place for Obama to escalate had they been in charge? And just because you say the democrats have killed more people in drone strikes doesn't make it true.
I lived in California when I was serving at camp Pendleton. It's a good state with a lot of good Americans. You should get out of your little bubble dude.

so counting casualties from drone strikes is the measure for people killed during a presidency now? i don't like the drone strikes, for the most part, but that makes for a pathetic argument.

The argument is about governance. If you prefer high taxes, crowded roads, bloated state pensions, sanctuary cities, restrictive gun laws, thick red tape, and an out-of-control homeless problem, then sure it's a great place.

No, that's not what happened. Try harder. You can do it.

Ok doggie, so back to your stupid point about California shitting on the constitution. What about that is unconstitutional? And how is NY a close second? Specifically?

Back to your stupid point about votes for WMD, drones, and wiretaps.

Look, you like California because you spent a tour on a federal installation where you paid no ca taxes, and were governed by your installation commander. That's fine.

I happen to not like the place and will never choose to live there. That's it. Doggie.

I don't like or dislike California. As a U.S. citizen I recognize them as a huge contributor to our union. I recognize that the money we get in Montana for services to maintain our way of life come largely from tax bases in places like California.
I do find it disengenuous that you call my points stupid after you trotted out the constitutinality of the California government. Obviously you don't have a very good grasp on our constitution or what it says.
Oh and admittedly I was a doggie for a short stint in the reserves. Certainly not my proudest moment. I'll leave you to crow about being one of those schmucks.

Sorry you are not proud of your service to the Nation. I wish that were not the case.

Best to you.

Haha, nice redirection. You can't defend your stupid comments about your rediculous post so you play that card.
You'd understand my comment if you ever wore an eagle, globe and anchor.

Defend my post about a state led by tax and spend, big government, legislating from the bench liberals? It requires no defending; it's self evident.

But hey, rail on about your love for ca and your disdain for military service. It's constitutional to do so.

I am disappointed. Read all of that and never saw a list of how California and NY are shitting on the Constitution.

I lived there for 7 years and left for 1000 reasons.

I visited CA with a friend the summer after high school back in 72, never been back. Have to admit it was a beautiful state back then even S.F.!

The state of California has an abundance of natural beauty, but that's about all I can say for it. It was fine for a few years, not for the long term.

...Cali has it all 'beauty and natural resources' only to piss it all away..a state 'out of control 'and now wants every taxpayer to
bail them out because they think they're something special ...and of course we all owe it to them.. just in taxpayer pensions
will do them in...the only thing they can hope for is a 'money grab' though Covid..a truly inspiring state to live in!..a warning to
all when the 'takers' become bigger than the 'givers'!

All that natural beauty is still there, for the most part, protected in more federal lands (national parks, wilderness, IRAs, etc.) than any other state south of Alaska. There's plenty of reasons to piss on California, but this comment is odd.

Based upon somebody getting chewed on a little this weekend on the Sun River and all the public land they have, one would think we can spare more than a few of the Grizzlies and wolves and reintroduce those animals back into their natural habitat. The buffalo from Colorado transplanted back into North Dakota last month and the Big Horn Sheep from Rocky Boy has me stoked.

Anyone have any connection with the U.S. Wildlife? Let's get them some Grizzlies and Canadian wolves.
