NIL Transparency

Don’t think the clearing house makes it public record.
Didn’t say that it was made public, but that it would subject to public record. Which means if requested it will likely have to be provided. Last year they did release the amount of requests and total money that had been approved through the clearing house. Guess we will see when people
start trying to get the final data.

But at this point, I don’t believe it is subject to disclosure. AI: “
No, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals, especially for college athletes, are
partially subject to disclosure, with specific rules requiring reporting of deals over $600 to universities for NCAA compliance, but many details (like exact pay) often remain private due to state laws, university policies, and confidentiality clauses, creating a mix of required and protected information for athletes. ”

Don’t know what the $20 million is.

So instead of just saying that inform me and help me become a more informed fan. I am open to other opinions when they are based in fact.
Then why did you say the article is 1000 times more informative than me since you admit you don’t know and I know I am 100% sure the numbers are out of date. You should be able to see from your 1 old Bergen number that the article is out of date.

I'm not sure on that larger aggregate level of information, but Kent has said that the players individually will be treated the same as students who are paid. We can request public records like coach contracts and pay, but you cannot do the same with students who work on campus. They are afforded a higher level of privacy, and the only time I've heard Kent talk about it he was saying that individual info would not be releasable.

Hoops please stop looking at AI for information. They aren’t search engines even if you quote it. They are LLM’s They’ll take information form every article about nil and then compile into one seemingly cohesive statement.

I am an AI expert. I know how to use it. Some AI info is wrong. Some is great. Do you knowledge AI generally can’t be copyrighted and why?

Because you have shown an unwillingness to share information with anyone. That’s why it’s more informative than you because it actually had information not just a fucking claim. If you followed up the shit you said with the information you with hold from everyone else people would actually enjoy talking to you. Like with the information you had about Ed that was really cool because i got learn more about him and yours relationship 95 percent of the rest of time you’ll say something and not give any info on the things that you’re saying.
