Here's a nice and simple ways to support our student athletes and help them to make a little profit off their likeness as Grizzlies. I'm sure we'll see more players drop these soon as well.

Eli Gillman is set up in the NIL Pro Shop which has t-shirts, jerseys, and water bottles:

For Montana we're in the infancy stages of branding and promotion, I'll bet that it improves rapidly for all
 
Any word on how well the collective push is going? I know welnel is working the goodolgrizzlies collective. And the QB club will be allocating funds soon?
 
I’m happy we’re getting things going and starting to streamline things. I’m glad you guys got MW on the pod to explain it. I hope that having easier paths that are reputable for these guys make this take off.

Did McDowell design the cards? Nice look to them. Anybody know if they are standard card thickness/size and include back info/graphics?

NIL cuts both ways, the Montana lettering on the jersey and Griz script on the helmet are the trademarked property of UM. I’m actually surprised that the Nike swoosh is shown on the trading cards offered by Clifton.

And though they are properties of U of M, there is a specific office set up for licensing at the university. Isn’t too hard to go through except in a rush like the three week turn around over a holiday break. Pay a fee and a licensing application fee. They just want to make sure the product is in good taste and fits with the university. I guarantee the university would approve all these guys given the free advertising the university gets.

That being said the collective needs to jump on this and get a fast track process set up for NIL with that office so this isn’t an issue moving forward.

Easy work around folks! You just add "MONTANA Tough," in maroon lettering or equivalent cleverness; there's no copyright infringement, while at the same time we all KNOW what it means. 😉

There's many ways to skin a...Cat...er wabbit...😎 don't make things more difficult than they need to be.

Go GRIZ!
