Pretty good stuff and some great quotes on the guy:

I think there will be some people checking out film on Tripp and say "hey, who's that guy making plays?". That'll get him on more radar I think.

You're not the only one saying that:

He will be in a camp, doesn't matter how he gets there... I wouldn't be surprised if he makes the 53 on his first try

Kid was just an absolute BEAST in the cat game. Tripp has all the measurables, but Brock is just as good!!!

Our LB corps this past season was about as good as it gets at this level.

I hope Brock makes the 53 somewhere!! Definently my favorite player to watch on defense. Tripp was good to, but Brock was one I wint forget for a really long time!

Awesome senior season capped by an ass kicking performance against the scats. I'm very curious... what his 40 time will be?? 4.6 ish would be nice for Brock at his pro day. You guys are right though...all of the Tripp hounds are going to be asking...who is #56?? The goal line interception was a great exhibition of his athletic skills ... :egriz:

Easily my favorite UM player. I loved the way he played. It would be great to see him hook up with the Bears. They need an LB with his passion for the game. Plus, it would be funny to see him play twice a year against Brint's Packers. I'd love that commentary...

Tripp ran an official 4.67 in the 40. You think Brock will be as fast?

Ugh don't even suggest that.

no way. But Mike backers don't need the speed that the OLB's need. I'm thinking he will be happy with 4.8.

No. But I think B.T. can get a tenth lower than he did at the combine. Maybe I'm shooting for the stars, but I was hoping B.C. could get under 4.7 to raise some eyebrows. I see he's busting his ass to make the most of his opportunities. 40 time is one thing, but functional speed is more important. Two of the greatest players in the history of the game were FCS and didn't crush the 40's for their position... :egriz:

Good post. Game speed is what is important. Brock shows up on tape. That's what'll get him a NFL look.

Good for Brock...I wish him the best. I wish all the players trying to break into the NFL luck. I am really tired of the Coyle Vs. Tripp theme though. They both play different positions and each posess their own set of skill set and talents. Leave it at that and wish them all well.

Totally agree, and they are probably each others biggest fan!
