I could see the helmet with the griz script on the side as it is now w/ the paw on back in the center replacing the numbers.

Its a part of this Nike designers college football concepts that were release into the public forum. He's not going to loose his job for having these within the collection of CFB Nike Concepts on phototbucket! Again, I don't know if they are exact...but they should be very close.

I like em'. Although I'm not convinced these are the new unis, as if you blow up some of the pics, they have an add for some phone app on em. If they are, I think you can ignore the helmets. I don't think Nike designs nor has a say in the helmet. The recruit that put a pic of the Griz equipment room on his instagram last spring gave away the fact the Griz have many helmet prototypes (Silver, two colors of maroon, one, matte black and white), though I don't think we'll see them all in one season. I'm hoping for the matte maroon helmet for the App game, but the rest of the season, I suspect we'll see the normal silver/granite helmet with the regular Griz script logo. I would suspect we won't see a matte black helmet until Griz/Cat 2014. But who the heck knows?
The only thing I know is, IF these are the new uni combos, I like the design, and according to his post on BN, Alpha hates em'...As do all the Bobcat fans posting about them on BN.

I'm a little surprised that they haven't released the new uniforms yet, with the first game a week away.
I like the griz paw on the helmet, but I'll be surprised if they would use that for anything other than an alternate. Taking the Griz script off would be like taking the horn off the Vikings' helmet. I think the reaction to it would be negative.
The paw on the shoulder is pretty sweet. I remember when this one was floating around:
That was the part that I liked the most about it. Having the paw on the helmet along with the paw on the shoulder is a bit redundant though.
Anyway, hope we get to see them before the team is on the field.

Players were wearing the current tops at the Great Griz Encounter. Not saying there won't be a special uni for app state but are we one hundred percent certain this is a full new uniform year?
