New Uniforms for 2013?

Don't we use a set of uniforms for three years? If so, I would not suspect there to be new uniforms this year as this would be the third year of use for the current uniforms. New uniforms wouldn't show up until the 2014 season if they're going on that schedule. Or am I wrong?

We've been using the pro combats since 2010.

If it is indeed following the three year trend, we are scheduled for brand new unis this year.

About the uniforms, I have not been following this topic closely so if we are getting new uniforms don't freak out on me does anyone have any idea what they will look like or if we even get new ones? Because to me it just sounds like someone made this up and everyone is just speculating on what these uni's will look like. Honestly to me all I care is we don't go "throwback" on everyone because I don't care what people say they just look terrible.

Word out of the AD's office is;
In honor of breast cancer awareness, and to honor last year's record, this year the team is going with an all pink uniform all season long. Personally I'd love to see those on EWA's eyesore red field. Hopefully we can earn back the right to wear our traditional colors the following year.

Anyone else think this makes no sense? Wouldn't you want to unveil them sooner rather than later, so that you can start making money off of new merchandise? It would make even less sense if the rumors are true and there are tweaks to the logo, get the new gear out there ASAP. Full disclosure, I really just want this to be the case for selfish reasons.

Talked with someone last weekend that is a UM grad and works at Nike. I TRIED to get even some teaser info from him on the new uniforms but he kept a lid on it. Just said that the new ones look really good in his opinion and the new options for the helmets are sweet.
