New Uniforms for 2013?

Back to the uniforms topic: I live in the North End Zone on gameday...at the top row...with the seagulls...and nosebleeds. We all have trouble actually seeing the numbers on the current uniforms from that distance. So, any WHITE lettering on Maroon jerseys (or black) would be a welcome thing for us.

It's the same from the upper deck. There is just insufficient contrast between the maroon and the granite numbers. I have pointed this out numerous times to O'Day, Sundberg and Haslam, so I hope there is a recognition of the problem. I'm not hung up on style, but I would like to be able to make out the player's numbers. Outline the numbers in white would do it.

You need contrast to see numbers and letters from a distance. That is why our present uniforms look better on tv than from the stands. I hope they figured that out.

Unfortunately its all about how it looks on TV & I think most of us have come to accept that. I believe we are going to have all white, maroon (w matte maroon helmets) & a black maroon combo plus a change in the font of the letters & numbers.

Logo WILL BE tweaked but still expected to include the traditional "Griz" script

I realize that I am just stupid but I can't understand their inability or disdain or whatever it is that keeps them from using "state" in their logo. Heck, they should just drop any pretense and just call themselves the "Montana Bobcats". Maybe all those years of losing has left such a strong bad taste for their own name they are trying to distance themselves from their past. Heck, maybe since they don't want it, it should be the Montana State Grizzlies... and worn proudly like so many other "states" do. Of course after a few more years of playoff futility, they'd just change their name to be more like the Griz. Crappy little brother...

I dont think its "news" but Haslam has basically said the same thing. It seems to have snuck by a lot of us earlier this spring when he verified that they're would definitely be a change in uniforms due to what has become the traditional 3 yr cycle

thats all I really got but as stated previously I dont see a major departure from the traditional GRIZ script

I have been waiting a few years to see that one. I pray they do that! Ever since seeing TCU's cammo uniforms a few years ago, I have liked that look.
