A new rule like that would allow UM to reduce it's recruiting budget significantly. After word got around on the rule, no recruit, and certainly no good recruit, would even bother to visit UM.

Why should your dumb rule be limited to athletes? Why not all students, or better yet, all citizens. We could save a ton of money by eliminating that bothersome criminal justice system.
