I know nothing about NIL regulations. Is there any verification that this is all good to go and not going to get any players in trouble with the NCAA regulations?

I'm all for donating, but how do we know the kids crossed their t's and dotted their i's?

Good for you. I'm probably going to. I just want to do a little looking to familiarize myself with the legalities. I'm sure I can't personally get into trouble, but I'd rather not contribute if I'm being part of the problem of the NIL wild west.

Seems cool though. Is the content behind the paywall good stuff, or have they not started doing it yet? Looks like there are tons of top notch Griz players in it already. Hopefully they get enough so that it spreads around decently, but I'm sure the creation and operation of this will look good on a resume when they get done playing.

The only downside to this I might see(which you have to look very hard to see any) is it might show future recruits that the community and school doesn’t do a very good job of creating NIL deals and the players had to initiate it. Kudos to them though, after all, it is their money.

I think it's good for actual sponsorships and Business promotion but in terms of a collective where everyone is donating money, it definitely wasn't getting the job done

I see that the new QB transfer, McDowell, has a role in the set up of this. I also saw early on, he was working with high school QBs in MT and promoting his camps with Bergen. Pretty impressive leadership and entrepreneurship minded stiff. This young man may prove to be an amazing addition to the Griz!

Seems like at Montana these NIL ops are going the way I feared they would. A bunch of small individual NILs set up instead of one large centralized and well organized NIL that directs money around efficiently.

Going to get to a point that they chop these things up enough and the money gets spread around too much instead of one large centralized and unified fund.
