That's like thinking a quarterback can't improve their completion percentage and then you look at what happened to Josh Allen from the time he was at Wyoming to his time in the NFL with Buffalo. If you were correct in your assumptions, Josh Allen wouldn't be a future HOF QB in the NFL.

I’d argue that Josh Allen is an outlier in improving accuracy between college and the nfl. Yeah that’s great he did, but that rarely happens. Hell, I can’t remember the last QB that improved accuracy between college and pro.

I moved to Missoula from Wyoming in 2005, I still follow Wyo football. I watched Josh Allen play in Wyoming several times. I would argue his completion percentage was low because his receivers were horrible. I saw a lot of dropped balls, that does not happen much in the pros.

The receivers were some of it but it's well known with the NFL that Josh Allen's mechanics (i.e foot placement and arm motion) were all areas that needed work. Hmmm....who was Josh Allen's quarterback coach while he was at Wyoming?
