I thought that the floor's lines were sharper and it looked a lot brighter from the stands.
But I dont think that it was really that big of a deal.
The most important thing is how it plays. Too bad they didnt put in the springy floors like the WAG has and the old Maples Pavilion.

I was disappointed in the aesthetics of the floor. There is a large bear in the center that looks like a retro '70's bear (even has copper in some places).
I can't knock whoever picked out the maroon color because I know how hard it is to do that, but the "paint" and the sides look more like a chocolate brown.
When I sat down, I must admit that I watched the players for several minutes before even realizing that we have a new floor. I assume that it will be functional but it won't win any artistic awards. Sorry.
