New Commit Cooper Cyphers

1st Round of Texas playoffs: Cooper Cypher’s and Aledo 56- Saginaw 6 start of 3rd quarter. Cyphers night is done- backups are in. Cypher’s had 4 tackles ( 1 TFL), 4 hurries, and a sack in the 1st half. The kid lived in Saginaws backfield the whole 1st half.
Some butte friends were high on Cooper long before he was noted as being recruited by montana. Very enthused hes a griz!

Sat will Coach Patton, Defensive Coordinator at Sac State last night, Coach Patton’s son play’s with Cyphers at Aledo. Coach Patton told me that he was sad to lose Cooper at Sac State but is happy for him because he is going a Great Program where he will be coached by great coaches. He stated that he couldn’t be happier for Cooper and was proud to personally know the kid. That’s what coaching is all about- which means the best fit for the kid.

He waiting on Admission acceptance and wants to put emphasis on the task at hand- winning his 3rd State Championship in 5A Texas. Will sign in February, like it used to be.
I’ll guarantee he will be Griz, the kid loves Coach Tim H.
Go Griz beat SDSU

An athlete doesn’t need to be admitted before signing a letter of intent…. Unless he’s coming as a walk on.

Unless something has recently changed.

For example Cypher’s GPA calculate’s out to a 3.095 in Texas and would calculate out to a 3.4 GPA in Montana. That all has to be determined by entering institution prior to attendance. Had to do the same thing when my youngest son went from Butte, Montana to the University of Oregon. Just the process required by the NCAA?
