I've used this example before, but it fits Kem's comment. A friend went to court for a DUI. The judge took his DL away. The friend told the Judge, 'The DL doesn't start the car.' Contempt, and extra jail time.
Garza is a pro at drinking. The law hasn't gotten his attention, yet.
