I hope you picked this game correctly on your brackets. I sure did, Nevada is always underrated.
Great game for Nevada....my buddy is from Texas and when we were leaving work his wife hits him on his cell phone....I nebver seen soeone so sick to their stomach.

More often than not, it pays to bet on Big 12 teams choking in big games.
Being from Nebraska, I would really like to respect the Big 12 as a strong conference. However, when B12 teams face tough competition they fold. Texas is the poster boy for this. How that university can't field a championship team in football or basketball is beyond me. They enjoy unlimited resources and unmatched fan devotion. Their facilities are incredible. Their in-state recruit base is unreal. Television revenue and exposure is flowing in at all times. Austin gets all kinds of national pub as the "new Seattle"-type altera-place to live.
They haven't won dick since the old SWC days.

I'm sorry guys I have lived here for 8yrs and still can't stand the pack.
14 months ago nobody around here even mentioned th ewolfpack now they talk as if they were the 70's ucla bruins. I hope Illinois beats them by 40. I would love for the griz to play them in both football and basketball again and no I don't mean by joining the wac.

I have to agree with the earlier posting about how Nevada became a trendy pick after last year......remember they beat a Texas team that had lost P.J. Tucker to grades and really sucked it up.....also keep in mind (good thing my buddy who is a longhorn fan doesn't know about this site) is that Mack Brown and Rick Barnes are two guys who came from the Carolinas and can't win the big game when it comes to it.
