If Johnson tucks and runs, I wonder what the O/U is on how many plays he gets in before he gets hurt….

Yeah, Johnson doesn’t look like he cares for a lot of contact, but players sell themselves out in playoffs, so you never know. Just the threat (that he showed a bit of in SEMO game) causes concern. If he does so when least expected, or on a broken play, that bodes well against us/NDSU.

Well that’s basically what happened against SEMO. At some point they were just certain he wasn’t going to run, and then he broke off a 25 yarder because he caught them napping. That was about the time the Griz explosion started….

Nah, I’d much rather have the extra practices especially for guys like Britt and Gillman. I also like these players to see what we are striving for. There’s a lot of teams that we play or will play that would tighten up or folded after that pick 6 to make it a 1 point game. Your team showed exactly what needs to be done. Composure, high level execution, coaching and belief in the system. Congrats to your team. Our seniors showed that no matter how far down there should be no quit or defeated attitude. This will either tear us down or make us stronger. We will see which way it goes. Hard to wait another 9 months now.

I'm not so sure there are a lot of teams that don't also give up 30 straight points to them, as evidenced by the fact that that's what normally happens in playoff games in Fargo. :lol:
