We were watching this group of nodakers at a nearby table the other night. It was fascinating to eavesdrop on their convo. Not because of what they were saying, but how they said it.

The way they talk is marvelous to me. Like their own language. They have their own way of communicating in between yawns.....yawn.....

What did you think......of the movie?

It was........okay.

What should we get.......for desert? Chocolate cake.....or apple pie?

Let me check......my blood sugar first....

I have tried finding it but so far have been unable to do so. Personally, I think the NCAA need to revise their playoff policy and only allow playoff games in a school owned facility. If no such facility exists then the game should be played at the facility of the other playoff team.
In addition, any schools that pays its players cash whether cost to attend otherwise should be ineligible for either hosting a playoff game or even ineligible for the playoffs altogether.
That would help level the playing field for other more traditional FCS programs.

Don't hold your breath on those two ideals. 86 NDSU from the playoffs so a 5-6 team can be in. The way leveling the playing field works. Can you identify those programs that are more traditional FCS programs than NDSU?

According to A@E network, they are working with Missoula county law enforcement on bringing back the television show live PD to meth-a-zoola for their new upcoming season...

The network heard all the meth heads and hillbillies are going stir crazy waiting for gris football, barn dances, and another Pearl jam concert...

First of all, I think renting the little municipal arena gives the bison a definite financial advantage due to costs to operate and maintain a university owned stadium. Second, I think it diminishes institutional pride in their campus. "Excuse us but we need to pay the rent so we can play more football."

Just add it to the list of things some whine about..
1 injuries to the gris football team, like no other team in college football experiences injuries and moves on

2 every referee in the big sky conference has it in for the gris

3 ESPN passing them over for college game day in stead of going to a game in Montana that nobody outside the state give a rats ass about.

4 being put on the "hard" side of the fcs playoff bracket while Montana state had a breeze to the national championship game..
There's more, I could go on, and on and on... But you get the picture...

Providing a few examples to the contrary doesn't prove that football isn't an outdoor sport. How many high schools play indoors? The vast majority of college and pro teams play outdoors. Places that are freezing cold or incredibly hot, are most of the NFL ones with indoor stadiums, but many of the cold/hot places don't have indoor stadiums. Yes, it's true that every football game is played indoors, if that's your point.
