As a long time Griz fan currently residing in Fargo, let me help respond to the NDSU research question…they rank very high in both Agri-business and BioTech. NDSU has for many years had a business incubator program that has produced some major successes. One of those businesses, Aldeveron (which works in the mRNA vaccine space) was acquired in the fall of 2021 by Danaher for almost $9 Billion….born at NDSU in 1998 and run by two NDSU scientists, both of which are now mega wealthy. While many people here are obese, smoke and drink like fish..there is a shit ton of money in this town and state because of NDSU’s success with students and they give it back….that is not to say that football attendance isn’t weak until the semis and Frisco. Atmosphere on game day doesn’t compare to WashGriz.

Well, I can think of at least two reasons: 1. football is an outdoor sport. 2. Wouldn’t be nice not to have to schedule around the Fargo Tractor and Flower Show (“half off a 32 oz gravy beverage with ticket stub”)?

The Rams played in a indoor football stadium in st.louis before moving back to California....

The Washington commanders/football team/Redskins are planning on building a new stadium in 2027.... Which gasp is an indoor football stadium...

All of those are actual stadiums. The Fargo Arena is a hockey/basketball venue. Look it up; true story.

These nfl team owners didn't make all their money by being dumb and making bad decisions... All of these are multi purpose domes #moneymakers#...😂😂

Maybe the will dome the jiggsaw puzzle stadium... I mean wagris stadium soon...the Mecca of Montana football.
