I'll tell you what! Some of you reek of Bison envy. It's embarrassing! They respect us, we should respect them.

As a general rule, no, they don't respect UM. Just look at what they post here.

You can't judge a fan base by what they post on a fan forum. If that was the case, everyone would hate the Griz as well.

1) I respect the football team and its record.

2) I don't respect the attitude of most of their fans who post here (and feel the continual need to do so). I don't respect the stupid shed they play in. I don't respect the "merits" of that godforsaken region. And I certainly don't respect the fact that the administration appears to think people care about them outside of Top Dak and West Minnesota.

It doesn't take a genius to see the distinction. It takes a person of average intelligence, however.
