Yep, that's me. I have Griz AND Bison gear. :o You're blind if you don't think they elevate FCS football. There's only a few FCS teams with their type of fans.

"When GameDay senior coordinating producer Lee Fitting said Saturday morning was quite possibly the best scene the show has ever seen, how can a football game (the beatdown of a nobody) possibly top that?"--Jeff Kolpack, Forum sports writer.

An estimated 9,000 were in downtown Fargo. That's insane. If you didn't watch it, the aerial shots were awesome. Could we match that? Probably. Would we have their swagger? Absolutely.

I have us losing by 21. I'll be that seething guy in Maroon paradoxically enjoying the atmosphere of an FCS program that is better than us.

they have not elevated FCS football. They have elevated NDSU football. Chris Fowler even mentioned that Gameday could come back to Fargo...IF...NDSU beat Iowa State. Despite all their success, consecutive championships, they still needed an FBS victory for ESPN to take the time to go to Fargo....and I am glad they did and good for the fans and the school.
