The way NDSU lost is the real story. 6 first downs and 179 total yards. They shat the field.
Would have been nice playing at a neutral site with even fan representation. Thems the breaks though. Nashville is one of the few spots to host that could have handled the alcohol volume for the weekend.

At least we get a national champion that isn't NDSU or SDSU.
What’s even more impressive is that ISU still won after throwing 5 picks. You don’t often win games doing that.

I don't think they were going to let the championship game be a "BRAWL" regardless.
As the bracket was though, I was hearing USD was running away from Mercer and I was thinking about how winning the whole thing meant beating all four Dakota schools, and NDSU has now deprived me of that.
I am elated they are out of it no matter what!
