The sky is going to be one tough conference this year if this level of play keeps up. Really glad we have a bye week to heal and our wr's and gus learn how to play together because 200 yard games rarely are wins. Hopefully mini-bob learns how to coach an offense at the fcs level and we head to the playoffs hitting our stride.
Congrats to the eags for hanging tough. And a grateful thank-you to our defense and special teams who stepped up to the task and stood tall.
Here's to hoping that same defense can manhandle cp's intense running game and we come out of the game 3-0.
The calls and officials in that game were absolutely terrible, the back to back turnover reviews that went against Eastern, which should have negated a bison touchdown we're pretty bad, Eastern also had an 81 yard touchdown called back due to an eligible line, which seem to be a pretty iffy call. Either way, eastern had a chance to win, and should have won that game.
No doubt in my mind that the conference comes down to Montana and eastern this year, that game in cheney is going to be one heck of a game in October
