A bit of both. UC Davis is definitely improved on offense, but ND has been decimated by major injuries. Last I heard they were out about 12 starters.

Right, the MSU pregame on the radio last week put the number of lost starters in the high teens with the O-line decimated. Whatever UND was supposed to be this season, they aren't that, at least not now.
