NCAA investigation ongoing

An assistant to the county attorney knows the inner workings of the DOJ, NCAA, DOE and the University of Montana. You are a piece of work. I hesitate to point out whether its the University or the Football program shit still stinks for one who has stepped into it so many time, you should know.

I don't suppose the "assistant" is capable of reading the original complaint which was made by a victim through the civil rights office in Seattle. That office works for both departments. When the DOE senses there is a bigger problem than "paperwork and procedure" the involve the DOJ.

Unlike most states there is very little oversight of the county attorneys office in Montana. We invite tyhe DOJ to visit.

I'm not sure why you think a grand jury system provides more oversight to a county attorney than does Montana's system. The county attorney still decides whether he will attempt to prosecute. The difference in the two systems is with a grand jury the prosecutor must convince the jury he has probable cause to charge someone, and under Montana's system the prosecutor must convince a judge at the initial appearance that prosecutor has probable cause to charge. About half the states have a grand jury system and the other half has a system similar to Montana's, but I'm pretty sure that supervision of a county attorney is the responsibility of the the state's DOJ in every jurisdiction.

After a season to hide from their embarrassing loss to us they slink on our board spewing much tough talk yet they fear us as they know we will again smash them for the ###th time.

If they think any Griz fan wants to be like the catpee club they are way 2 fat, dumb and lazy. Ugh!

Umisa and Bear Axed, both an embarassment to the UM and their community and this forum. Wow, I hope they were not graduates of UM. I always thought it was an excellent school. They are truly delusional. There is no one that wishes the problems that UM is having on any institution.

Well actually as embassassing to say as it is............I'm a :msugrad:

and I'm still a little bit upset that my school (Montana State University-Bozeman) has an athletic director that has a long history of signing off on fullride scholarships on athelets that are obvious character risks and keep getting in leagle trouble. Peter Fields has show he's willing to put the Athletic Departments reputation at risk by continually signing off on players that other schools pass on due to low morals and ethics. How many murders, rapists, theives and just down right thugs should the good alums of msu have to deal with before peter fields and his win at any risk behavior is sent packing?

does anyone know what the Bobcat Mens Basketball Programs APR might look like and how big the ncaa sanctions will be afterlosing 5 players in 5 m0nths
