Yes, you will use the app to transfer the tickets. All you need is his email he used to register with AXS. Its very easy.
 
Maybe they just wernt ready...and why would they be. Just the biggest event weve had in 15 years.

Idk about you guys but at my job if I botch and completely mishandle the most important moments of my projects multiple times in one year, I wont have a job.
 
All this finger poining is wasted time. Having been the CEO of a company with a large twchnology services division, I know first-hand that issues and technology go hand-and-glove. We need to just wait it out. They'll figure it out, eventually...... Just hopeful it is not a hack or ransomware issue.

I will say this does not seen like a GrizTix issue. GrizTix has our email addresses. All they had to do is transfer them to AXS. I believe the delay lies with the NCAA of AXS.

Why would we assume the two entities that have not had any problems to date, including having used the exact function recently and having it work are the issue. And not the one additional entity to the occasion that has done nothing but botch ticket sales for the entire playoffs?

History does not predict the future. The emails from the Athletic Department indicate the NCAA is responsible for allocating the tickets to AXS.

I think Marooned meant that he got the confirmation email that he posted earlier about not receiving (at the time of purchase). I'm guessing that's what Everett was referring to as well, but I'm not sure. I have not gotten an email today (other than the 135 work emails that I'm hiding from on here at the moment).
 
Sometimes squeaky wheel gets grease. Maybe Haslam should make a call to NCAA and tell them to kick AXS in gear

It was said that if tickets don’t show up Wednesday then all bets are off. Mmmmm what to do?
I leave Friday afternoon and if I don’t have the tickets by then I probably won’t be in Frisco. Wonder if I will get reimbursed for costs? Mmmmmmm…
What a scene- 4000 unoccupied paid for seats. Boy I hope they get this figured out PDQ.
