Okay, so it shows the tickets will be digital and will show up in the app. I don't have access to your order. It does not say when the tickets will be released. If you still do not receive anything reach out to the school. I'm sorry I don't have more information to provide.

It says you should have received an email after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

Yeah, I agree. If you don't receive the tickets in your app after purchase that is usually why. As a reminder, please make sure your Wi-fi and VPN are disabled if you need to use your AXS Mobile App

That’s worrisome! I got my email. Check your junk box just in case. The tickets are supposed to be in our accounts by noon but the rest of the tickets go on sale at 10 eastern!

It is the app you need to use in order to get a digital ticket...like ticketmaster.
