NC Tickets

According to the Griz athletic department, the winner of the next game will get at least 4,000 tickets.
First priority is Quarterback Club, then GSA members by category, then general public. If you aren't in those groups, you should be able to find a GSA member to buy them for you.

In the past, when the Griz went to the NC, there were charters that included tickets and hotel. Do you think that would happen again?

Hoping for the Charter also. If so, I hope it's better than the last one I went on - fogged in, bus trip to Helena, stopover in Minneapolis to trade pilots and late for all Griz stuff that night. Glad bar was open for a while. Go Griz :thumb:

If there is a charter, who can buy in? Is it a hierarchy like the championship tickets starting with QB cub and then on down the GSA levels? Or first come first served?

Any time in the past it was run by Travel Agency so there is no elitist to it. Make a few calls to travel agencies? that are still operating may have a charter. In Missoula I might add.

Alright, I did some snooping and figured it out. I reached out directly to the Toyota Stadium and learned that a certain number of tickets are reserved for each school, but they could not tell me what sections or how many. Despite reaching out to other entities, no one will confirm how many are available. I'm guessing that it depends on each school (I.e., I doubt UAlbany needs 5,000). Obviously, not knowing the section or how many to expect is frustrating, because if you want good seats, you want to know if you need to buy them now.

Then, I looked at Stubhub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, and AXS (the website the NCAA is using). I noticed that no matter what ticket price you set, there are no resell tickets for sale in sections 103, 104, 106, 108, 109, or lower than row 20 in sections 105 or 107 (the west sideline). On the east sideline, there are no tickets for sale in 124, 130, and none for sale in row 20 or lower in sections 125-129. So either a) absolutely no one in those sections intends to sell their seats, or b) those are the tickets left to be released.

In summary, hold the line, screw the scalpers, and wait for the sales through the university. My hunch is doing so will significantly drive down the resell tickets prices too. :thumb:

I would imagine that fans from North Dakota State, and South Dakota State have purchased a ton of these tickets. If one or both of those teams lose, then there should be quite a few more available for sale.

One thing that worked for me in the past is go over to the North Dakota state fan board, make some friends, and see if you can work out a deal to purchase tickets from one of them. Obviously that carries some risk, but you can get rid of a lot of additional charges by the third-party sites.

I would definitely start looking at flights right away though. Those will skyrocket if you wait until after the game on Saturday.

A lot of NDSU fans already have them, and so do Bobcat fans... if Griz win, there will be a lot of tickets for sale and people just looking to get money back.
Every year for the last several years the prices for the tickets went way down and you could get them under face value and face value on day of game and days before game in Frisco. PATIENCE and you will be fine. If SDSU somehow loses, there will be tons available.

BOZEMAN — Montana State knew demand for FCS title game tickets would exceed supply. Sure enough, MSU’s roughly 4,100 allotted tickets sold out a few hours after they became available.

Before this week, the FCS championship ticketing process was foreign to most of the people working in MSU’s athletic department. The Bobcats advanced to their first national title game since 1984 when they beat South Dakota State 31-17 on Saturday at Bobcat Stadium.

MSU staffers understand why tickets are limited, but they hope the NCAA will consider some changes to the system going forward.

Griztix is working on plans!🙃 They'll announce them several times during the first half of a close game Saturday........then fail to deliver a week or so later because of unprecedented demand for Pink concert tickets next August?!

Also got flights, was originally planning fly in and out same day...but alumni association just emailed there is an event Saturday.
