NAU vs Montana Predictions

I think this will be the game where we will truly find out how good the Griz are. The App State game was great, but after they were destroyed at home last week, it will be interesting to see how good they end up being. Conference play is where the Griz have built their legacy, especially at home. I expect a great game from NAU, should be a great test to see how our run defense will be this year. Very happy this game is in Missoula this year, that will make the difference.

Grizo, you really are an idiot. WHEN was the last time NAU beat Montana, let alone blow the Griz out? Can you name it without going back deep into the UM archives?

I never, ever predict in these threads (score or winner) that is, and I won't start now, but I don't think it's going out on too far of a limb to predict the Griz will not get rolled. They are playing NAU for christs sakes. Get a grip.

I don't know Grizo personally but thought he said last year that he always predicts a Griz loss because he's superstitious...

Honoring your request of not "...going back deep into the UM archives?", I have no idea when the last time NAU rolled the Griz, if ever. My "schtick" on upcoming Griz game predictions has worked petty well for me in the last 10 years, and I see no reason to abandon what has worked in the past.

Now, if you would honor my previous request of finding out what GFY means, I think you'll get where I'm comin' from, sweetpea.

They beat the Griz four more times since but never by more than a touch down

Just so I can save some time, and bandwidth here...I'm thinkin', after the NAU game, which we're clearly gonna' get rolled in, it's MY OPINION that the Griz are gonna' get thumped, taken behind the woodshed, beat, humiliated & schooled by EWU, Northern Colorado, Southern Utah, North Dakota, Idaho State, Weber State, and dare I say it...Montana State!

In a previous post, I only used the word "rolled" when ask about a prediction...being the kinder, gentler Grizo that I am. Then, I had someone from the high line call me an idiot! Can you imagine his response if I would have said: "we are going to get f*cking rolled by NAU"?

FWIW, the "white lightning" we more than "sampled" was: sweet tea, apple pie, strawberry, and blackberry. It was very good, but nothing, and I mean NOTHING beats the Tiger 190 at Murphy's in Greenville, SC!

Regardless of past history, I still think we're gonna' get fuckin' rolled by NAU on the 22nd! :twocents:
