MBBALL NAU vs GRIZ

Tough opponent for the Griz tomorrow against AstroJacks or whatever they call themselves these days. Griz have to play tough defense especially around the basket. The AstroAsshearts lead the country in rebounding and that’s one of our weak points. I think we’ll see a little more of the big Aussie to clog the middle and hopefully keep NAU from crashing the boards which they do really well. Malik Moore needs to step up and make some 3’s and I think we’ll see more of Money get to the line and hopefully make their bigs foul. This game could very well be won from the foul line.

Gotta drive and attack against a team like NAU. They had a somewhat cold shooting night. McLaughlin was only 3-10 from three. That’d be nice if he did that tomorrow. I think we could get into a shootout with them but if the Griz can hold them to 66 like NAU did, then we could win comfortably. Gotta play great D and hold your own on the glass.

Just gotta keep moving the ball around for the best shot. A much better team when 5 guys ( not the burgers) are in double figures, than when Money has to isolate and take over the game. Keep up the pressure defense, and somehow win the rebounding battle. Gonna be a great game. Go Griz!!
