NAU v Utah Tech

They look close to evenly matched, Utah gets the nod at this point.

It's a pile of hot garbage on the Skydome turf today. NAU outclassed in all 3 aspects of the game and there are no signs on life. The Chris Ball era certainly isn't getting results.

I was contemplating driving up for the day to escape the heat, hit a microbrewery or two, maybe do a short hike and catch the NAU-UM game next Saturday. Maybe I'll do the first three and skip the last and be a whole lot happier?

It's very sad to see where NAU is currently at. There were many years where we weren't sure we were going to get out of the skydome with the win, even in years where the Griz were very very good. Y'all always played us tough.

Just noticed your location! Ha.

I have a soft spot for NAU, my brother-in-law was a professor and Provost there for a number of years. It's in a beautiful area and the fans seem a lot better than some we deal with. Sad to see them play so poorly.

If you're in Phoenix, you know the joy that is a summer haboob in central AZ.

That sounds beyond miserable. I've been in Phoenix in August and I've had to deal with a haboob in NM, but both of them at the same time? **Shudders**

Spent 6 years in Phoenix and got to see 2 haboobs, but now live in the Seattle area.

My oldest is a freshman at NAU. Awesome campus and Flag is cool. I’ll be there next week.
