National Championship

The NC brought out of the closet the scat losers. I'd been living next door to this bunch for a couple years now. I proudly flown my Griz flags, my parking sign (Montana Griz parking: Violators will be Mauled), and a sign over my front door, Grizzly Country, Grizzly license plate frames. The other day I was tending to some trivial thing in the front yard, and one of the neighbors came over and commented on my Griz shirt. "You're wearing the wrong colors! Should be blue and gold." I just quietly slid my Sig Sauer back into its holster, and said, "NEVER!!!":ROFLMAO: Sons-of-bitches gonna be scats to the bitter end. Classless.
Did they do the chant too? Bet they play it in their jacked up Ford while wearing cowboy boots on their way to the office.

What's considered more classless, someone making a comment about the color shirt you're wearing or that you're hinting about shooting someone on a college football fan forum because of said comment...

Wow. You really put the "fan" in fanatic. Calling your neighbor classless over some good natured ribbing. And calling them scats isn't classless?

Humor seems to go over the heads of some on eGriz like a 747 in mid-flight over Montana. The good natured ribbing goes both ways. I found a Montana Stated cats paw foam rubber hand covering in my archives. I waited until this same scat fan was walking her dog in the yard, then came out with the scat logo hand, and told her it was because the was a scat fan that I was giving it to her, that I wouldn't have it in my house. She thanked me, then I said she had to change her colors now. She gave me a one word reply. Anyone care to guess what that one word was? Here's a heavy clue:

Going out on a limb here but I'll say it's having the same OLD tired coaches and expecting different results.
UM has terrific coaches. They aren't tired. You didn't like the 13-2 season in 2023 and trip to Frisco? And I still liked the 13-2 season with trip to semis this season. I played the game. I can accept and get over losses. Some of you apparently can't.

Point well taken. When you play the game and have had the misfortune to get your ass handed to you, even if so rarely, you learn from it, not cry or give up, and set about to figure out why to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. It's accountability, something most armchair QBs don't even recognize. Winning is not easy. Yes, hurt for a day or two and then get back on the reality train.

Yup. Exactly how I feel.
