You know nothing about me. Moron.

I know, you are 1/32 black, right? Please refrain from the sophomoric name-calling.

Sorry, but that "1/32 black..." comment made me laugh my old, tired ass off! It might be funny to only me, but I still got a very big kick out of it, and I thank you for that, Growler! :thumb:

I have a lot of free time, and I spend most of it fishing. I mostly fly fish, but lately, I've taken a step down and tried spin casting. Havin' been quite successful in the local creeks and rivers around Missoula with that method, I'd strongly suggest a #1 black & yellow, 1/32oz Panther-Martin.
Try that in the Missouri between Holter Dam and Craig and you will nail them.

I am floating the Missouri River in late September. Fly fishing only. Grizo, you need to go back to fly fishing.

You bring your flyrod and flies and I'll bring my ugly stick and a few rapalas and panther martins and catch 5 times the fish as you will. True fact.

True story... that river is chock full of fish.

Simply could not join this fray. U know Growler is becoming restless before our first game. He hides the truth about Nate Harris, throws all the good Griz fans off......... the reasons for the suspension.

Hand it to ol Growler. He hides the truth about what caused Nate to become tossed.

Threw some race, native american, saudi, tung and general fishing with flies or worms into it. Notice how in the end we all are fishing? Naw old Growler knew what he was doing all along. Meantime we all forgot that Nate was caught fishing without a license. Thanks Growler for taking the heat!

Now back to the game. Go Griz.

A few thoughts on this, if you will indulge me for a minute. My Dad was a fly fisherman because that is all he knew, he wasn't a purist. He taught me fly fishing, and we had a blast and caught lots of fish in my childhood. Friends taught me other ways to catch fish, and that was fun too. I learned fast that I didn't like bait fishing, because all you did was toss it out and wait. Lure fishing was fun because you could catch lots of fish and stay active. Trolling was fun, especially when I took my Dad in his later years, and we drank beer and caught fish. Priceless. The problem is, I have never liked the taste of trout and have alway preferred turning them loose. The only way to guarantee a safe release is with fly fishing, and that is the only reason I am back to it. Lure fishing is more productive if you intend on keeping fish and eating them. I have no problems with any of it. Teach your kids to fish!!!!

This is what Growler does to threads.

ya pretty remarkable all around. doubt any more people than a few on this board even know what the kids did! dude could have been late to film or something and he's suddenly lumped in with other idiots and called out on being black and being from out of state! ridiculous.....even for this board.

don't get me wrong. you break a rule, you get punished. ideally you stop breaking rules. but jesus people. settle down. and if you don't know what the crime was......STFU......

It would depend on the time of year but for the most part absolutely true.
