FCS can do partial scholarships. FBS is one full/player.
 
All those pictures look stupid. They were done as many of the MSU players were growing mustaches and putting on a bad 70's porn look as fun during summer/fall training camp last season. Not so funny. And forever on the net.

I just think about some day that kid is going to want to show his grandkids pictures of his football career. As he brags about what a stud he was back in his college days he pulls out this picture to show them. The rest of the conversation will probably consist of "Quit laughing, you little s**ts!!! I did so play football!!!".
