MSU/ISU game

I only watched the last 8 minutes of the half, and I just gotta say: that was one of the worst 8 minute stretches of basketball on both sides that I've seen.
 
My God, just when you thought BSC officials could not get worse. Idaho State has the ball at the top of the arc. Cat defender goes for the steal and clobbers the ISU player. Whistle blows, even the Cats expecting the foul to go against them. Somehow they called ISU for an offensive foul. You would have to see it to appreciate how bad a call it was. I can honestly say, it was the worse call I have seen this year, or even the last decade. Pathetic call against ISU.
 
25-19 at halftime with ISU leading. Cats shooting 32% (they were well under 30% earlier). They also have 11 turnovers so far.

Not a good half by either team.

I'm guessing the Cats will turn things around in the 2nd half though.

mtgrizrule - You watching it on bigskytv? If so, how is the video stream for you?

Mine is working well now after a few starts and stutters early on.
 
Thanks. Had a feeling it was just my connection, since bigskytv has been pretty good all BB season.

From what I've managed to see it's sure been an ugly game so far. The Cats came out playing about the same way they did initially against the Griz. Missed shots, fouls, turnovers... The Cats cant hit their FTs either (1-4). They really seem to be having trouble with Busma's defense inside (he's got 4 blocks and 7 rebounds).
 
ISU 50-45 final. Neither team deserved to win that. Hard to imagine 2 teams playing uglier than that. Turnovers, missed bunnies, forced shots, and questionable defense at best. Yes, both offenses were that bad.

That. Was. AWFUL.

Throw in some odd officiating and I'd say it was one of the worst college basketball game I've ever seen.
