6-4 Guard Anthony Johnson from Yakima JC is visiting Seattle U. Monday, and it appears that is between UM and Seattle. I do not think he has visited UM yet. The community that the college is in (ie.. Seattle, Missoula) will play heavily into his choice.

I think you need to take your own advise SB16..... you continue to stir the pot. Let it go. Mslacat provides quality info and sticks to the threads.....you have led this thread off its course once already. Contribute some information or a relevant opinion appropriate to the subject or just don't say anything at all. I mean how satisfying can it really be jockying for the last word on a Message board. Get over it and provide Egrizers something worth our time or stay out of the thread, its as simple as that. I challenge you to find support on here if thats what your last post was looking for. If you can't finish what you've started or if your upset that Mslacat may be a little more knowlegeable and credible than you.... do more research and provide some more factual and pertinent information and quit the "Bitch Fest" that you seem to carry into every thread.

It's a blog site people get real and if you can show me where I have once tried to discredit, insult, or pick on Mslcat I will certainly apologize for that but, I've pretty much made statements and tried not to start a bitchfest or pissing match. Like I stated before it's a blog site and I could careless what anybody thinks of my creditability compared to anyone else's. I have no reason to lie and hey if I've been misinformed then I've been misinformed but, I'm entitled to my opinion and if you don't like it you don't like it. I'm just killing time and it is what it is.

You know, the derisive appellation of construing someone as 'having their faculties impaired by alcohol,' inebriated as in 'confused by or as if by alcohol,' etc., etc., etc. As if they can look past the smoke stack coming out of their own chimney. As an initial outburst put forth of such ilk isn't insulting and/or name-calling to begin with, considering the connotations it carries, that is. But of course, some people do tend to be a legend in their very own mind at times. So much easier for them to say that they're the wronged party while they hypocritically berate everyone else for starting their arguments for them. How else can they put up with their lifeless so-called accomplishments so far, especially when they realize that of all they have done is but another pointless waste of time and energy.

I am really in the dark this year with our recruiting..... all i've heard now is Anthony Johnson from Yakima Valley JC, DeAngelo Casto - who will probably go to Wazzu and the kid out of Rainer Beach who's name I won't even start to try and pronounce or spell...... This may have been covered earlier but does Casto have a visit set up?? I would love to land him and Johnson...... I know nothing about the Rainer Beach kid

Here is another name for you Mike James from Portland OR. Grant High school. He is a 6-1 point guard who averaged around 15 points a game for Grant. He played with back court mate Paul McCoy who is a 3 star basketball player on Rivals. He is a player that has really had a great senior year and has really started to get noticed by quite a few D-1 schools. He is the type of player that can get out and push the ball up the court. I do not think he is at the top of the Griz list but is a solid player. The schools that are looking at him are Montana, Montana State, Northern Colorado, Portland, Cal State Bakersfield, and Seattle University, the list could get longer.

This board is almost not worth it sometime with all the arguing....but We Press Forward!!!...... SB16..... what have you heard if anything about the Griz's current prospect as well as any other BSC schools recruiting prospects???? Any players we should be watching out for?? HS or JC??

Well Baller I did get a pm from Grizbacker telling me I fool no one and I'm not sure what means but, to answer your question somewhat the newest word is that the Griz have upped their interest in Colt Idol from Whitefish for 09 but, he's a shooter so I don't know how that would fit in to their current recruits but, I don't have anymore info than MSLAcat other than that. Ray Funk the YVCC HC has a lot of respect for T. Bennett so if Anthony is looking that way his JC coach will possibly push him that way more so. Although Anthony has made a couple Unofficial visits to Wazzu last fall.
