You guys sound a lot like Trump lol. You should have second and third thoughts on this one. I’m sure Johnson’s legal team has already determined that it would not be worth pursuing a cause of action against the author or his publisher. The cause of action would be for libel, which is written slander. Defamation is spoken while libel is written. I think everything written in the book was taken from the public record so nothing much to complain libel about. And the kicker here fellas is that if he did pursue a cause of action the material that the author has been trying to access would have to be turned over by JJ in discovery because more then likely he and his attorney already have possession of it from when he made his claim against UM. So it’s probably best for him to put this whole thing in his rear view mirror. :thumb:
