Wow, very impressive loss. As strange as that sounds. 4 turnovers, one being that kickoff return that just set us back big. The Griz did well in a game that I figured would be a 3 touchdown loss. From what I saw today, we could roll the Big Sky.
A lot of calls didn't go our way, but those things happen. Dan Moore was just a horse out there and McKinney is playing well for starting his second game. Great scrambles. Just a few poor decisions when pressure was coming at him. But that pass on the opening drive, throwing against his momentum and hitting Gratton was kickass!
On defense, Taikai was back in after his injury so he must be alright. That guy has been a mess for offenses in these first two games.
Hats off to App St. on this one. You guys finally got us. Great game and for the most part, very classy players and fans. Crazy how the two power houses from the FCS keep giving us games that don't disappoint. I hope we meet again before we host the Mountaineers next year.
Can't wait to see what we do to Liberty. Go Griz!

Yeah, I couldn't be prouder. They really fought hard to come back and tie it up. I thought we had it at half time looked like they were getting worn down and we would really be able to run on em in the 2nd half. Mckinney's gotta grow up fast if this team is going to do anything this season. He is way ahead of J.J. last season in my opionion. This team really could be good in a few games can't wait till next week. Hope Harris is o.k. we need him out there. Go Griz!
