Damn that beat down looked alot like the Don Read era! Please discuss all the shortcomings of the defense and coaching staff before Clarice calls the waaambulance. Looks to me like that cake coach Stitt and crew starting baking a couple years back is starting to rise...............

Stop. Seriously. I have posted numerous times that I would like Stitt to succeed and I think most fans just want this team to win. Those wishing he fails - will hopefully have some crow to eat at the end of the year. Until then - there are four games left and three of the four will be very tough. No need for this stuff and just root for the team and hope to hell they stay healthy. AZ is correct. UND is decimated.

What I was glad to see was better fundamentals...by both the D and the ST. Wrapping up. Gap assignment. Only one real coverage breakdown (for the starters). Only one broken running play.

That, and no serious injuries (assuming Calhoun will be ok)...

Agree. I was not disappointed in the play of this team. Good win, hopefully Calhoun is ok and now they get a week to prepare for Weebs. Few nicked up players and hopefully they will be a 100% for a tough road game. All in all this team seems headed in the right direction. Better than being 2-4.

I'm actually more worried about NAU than Weber, just from a match up standpoint. I'm thankful we have them at home but Cookus will probably throw for 350-400 on us. He just dismantled Portland State and they won 42-20. Things are clicking well for them

For the first 4 games a group I named "the Chicken Littles" came on and proclaimed how this coach and his staff were not up to this level of football and they should be fired. And those topics went on for days and days, with the intention of driving home just how upset and displeased they are. So my pointing out for all of 3 weeks that the team is improving and winning games makes me a troll? Ok, I'm a troll.

A W is a W, & it was great to see given 3 turnovers in the first half but I wouldn't get my head too far out over the skis. I don't think the wheels will come off, but the next four are a difficult stretch. The good news is the o-line & QB play is head & shoulders better than last. That will give them a chance in every game go forward this season.

I agree. My biggest fear going into this game was that the Griz would play down. They didn't & a very good sign. Glad to see the killer instinct.
