When buss got targeted a while back they didn't review it because of no flag.

That call just absolutely fucking floors me. Unreal. I've never seen officials go back and look at a play that everyone on the field is fine with that late that completely changes a game like that.

A flag is not require to review targeting. It is the discretion on the replay official when there is no flag.
