In my opinion he did. The ball rolled when he hit the ground but so did his wrist and he could've had possession the entire time. I don't think from the replays they could tell that he didn't have possession and I think the call should've stood

The ball carrier is able to have the ball touch the ground if he is maintaining possession. Got a TD on the next play, so it's not like it really matters.

But I don't think he maintained possession, he regained possession.
 
Wow! What a great team effort today. Haven’t felt this good about the entire team in a while! It’s just one game, but man does it feel good to watch the team progress and get better week to week. Starting to look like our griz could be a dangerous playoff team if they keep getting better and take care of business down the stretch.
