Montana @ Seattle game thread

Good game by the griz to come back like that on the road and pull it out. Really like our big men in Krslovic and Breunig. Nice to have a couple guys who can handle an entry pass down low. Very athletic.
 
The GRIZ managed to pull it out in a tight contest. Both teams struggled from the line. Fortunately the GRIZ executed better down the stretch. Huge game from Gfeller. Solid game from Breunig, great 1st half, not so good 2nd half. This team has to find it's offense. Shooting and turnovers are hurting the GRIZ so far this season.

Nice W though.
 
Dunn-13 pts, 3 of 4 from the foul line in last minute. Brunig scored 15. Gfeller had a career high 15 pts (5 of 6 from three). I'll try to summarize some of DeCuire's comments in the post-game.
 
Some quotes from Travis DeCuire post-game. Not fully word, for word. But accurate.

"Gfeller was huge for us tonight with 15 points. It was exciting to see Brandon return to his home state and get it done in front of friends and family like he did."

"We got the shots we wanted off of their pressure, but just didn't put them down."

Since there are no live stats, tried to get as many as possible. Not fully accurate.

9 assists in second half after 5 in 1st half.
Griz shot 5-of-11 from 3 point range. A poor 50% from the ft line.

Points in paind 26, SU 30. Turnovers: 17 griz, 13 SU.

Bruenig 15, 8 rebounds, 1 block a steal and 2 assists.

Dunn 5/8 from ft line, with 3-of-4 in last minute.

Krslovic 5 pts, 4 rebounds. Edmonds, 5 pts , 3 rebounds. Kemp scored 4 points, 2 rebounds.

Gregory scored 6, but had several assists.
