Montana @ NAU

I would put my $$ on Westchester or even Long Beach Poly HS against the team that showed up today in Flagstaff....it would be a fun match...

Good job dodging my question there champ.

So now you think there are multiple California high school teams that could beat the Griz?

You're getting more and more ridiculous every post! Keep going though, I'm curious how long it'll take you to start claiming California YMCA teams could beat the Griz.

3 games in 6 days, brutal travel schedule on this trip, NAU's altitude, Nau's senior day. Excuses or reasons? Tough loss. Put it behind us and win the tourney!

Go Griz!

Maul'em!

Don't argue with GrizLA. Instead pity him. His profile is clear. It says he was harshly abused and unappreciated as a kid. The shell of the narcissistic man he has now become is one who needs to live vicariously through sports teams and other things. When they lose, he can't handle it and needs to distance himself. Thus the name calling and tantrums.

Pathetic? Yes, but unfortunately he can't help himself because he does not have the internal mechanisms to handle it. So pity GrizLA, as that is all you can do. There is no cure for total narcissism and you can't reason with one. They are incapable of feeling anything towards others, and just view people as pawns in their own world set out to serve them. They constantly find fault is others, but flip out if anyone says anything negative towards them.

You may recognize abused-as-a-child, narcissistic behavior in a lot of posters online. It is their playground after all.

Don't know, don't care....geezus...but,yes, I am certain, had UM played one of the two HIGH SCHOOL teams I mentioned, it would be a very, very close game....I can only attribute this afternoon's performance to what has already been mentioned, Travel, and three games nearly back to back...sorry to disappoint y'all but I am not a hater...

Excuses! Those things happen to all teams, its part of the deal. Good teams survive it. I love the Griz with all my heart but you never know from game to game which Griz team is going to show up. I can't think of a more inconsistent Griz team than this one.

That being said......GO GRIZ!

i don't pity lagriz. i respect him. he's one of the most consistent posters on this board, ever passionate about the griz and the university of montana.

pitiful is your pseudo-psycho babble. i don't believe you can ever reduce human behavior to scientific formula, so i'm calling a foul on you: double drivel.

Now I understand why the Griz/cat basketball games are not televised in
Montana.

Why stop there? Just get rid of the BSC basketball, mens and womens, all together?

Over on Bobcat Nation, it has been difficult to even find game threads over the past month. "MSU Should Just Drop the Basketball Program," is their most recent popular thread.

http://bobcatnation.com/bobcatbb/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=32867" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

From their perspective, the BSC is a poor basketball conference right now, and the Cats are STILL at the bottom ... of a bad conference.

The Griz really looked tired. This was the first game this season that there was no real rally, no leadership, nobody working hard to get the team fired up. That was perplexing. These kids have been able to do that well in the past, creating some heart-stopping games along the way. But this one, for whatever reason, was just cruise control.

I don't think I can ever recall a Grizzly basketball game in which the Griz shot just 29% from the field.
