Montana: Cost of Attendance Scholarships Discussion

The UM administration has to find a way to do this and quickly. To do otherwise would be a slap in the face to fans, especially football ticket buyers who endure probably the highest ticket prices in the FCS. Initially going with football, mens' and women's basketball and volleyball seems reasonable. Doing nothing is not!
