Not sure why people put so much stock into what these "draft experts" say. If you go back through the last 10 years of drafts (the first three rounds) it's amazing how many of these "sure thing" prospects are not playing, or only played for several years falling short of expectations. It's a joke. Pre and post draft grades are a joke. It's all about whether one can perform on gameday.
