Great observations.
There were a few surprises at least for me. I figured Riley Wilson would be starting at one of the outside backer spots, and not playing inside. Similarly, I thought Nuce might start, and I thought Kaschmitter played nose last year. Osteen snuck up on me too.
A few others who did not crack the 2-deep: Detrick, Hustedt, Wilson V, and Mata’afa.
My guess is Fife gets the “start” or at least the first few series, and that’s why he’s listed first
