I would have to give Bobby a 1. I agree with Sport on Mack, its tough to grade him. As for the crowds, no way its a 1. I managed to catch two games over Christmas break, the NDSU game here and the NAU game in Flag. If you want to see a fan base worth of a 1, or a 0, go to Flagstaff. As for those whining about where are the students, when the east side floor bleachers got pulled during the remodel that was the kiss of death. Travis is doing a great job of rebuilding the basketball culture in this town. Its not going to happen over night but he's doing a great job. I just checked Griz Tix online and there are a few rows up high in the wings that still have seats The field house is going to rock tonight for weebs as it should.

1 says "underperformed". It's not whose worst in the conference. I stand by my rating of no. 1, i.e. underperformed. I too go to the games. The Griz crowd for men's games has generally been a bit weak for years, despite UM having terrific and exciting teams, in my view. That doesn't mean that there aren't some exceptions and well-tended and noisy games.

I don't agree that moving the students to the base line has been the kiss of death. Even when UM has tried to put them on the sidelines for a game or two in recent years, they didn't show. up. The students were there on Thursday night. I assume they will be there in force tonight.

I didnt say moving the students, I said pulling the bleachers. Individual seats of todays lower level vs what we had in the Zoo is a huge difference. It wasnt that long ago NAU was one of the top tier programs in the BSC. They recruited AZ and CA with the idea they would start shooting 3's as soon as they got off the bus. The NDSU game was during Christmas break, Monte and the cheer squad were there, the atmosphere was great, the announced attendance was 3553, which for break is great. TDC is out working social media, even going so far as handing out tickets, been doing it all season. Its paying off. As I said, Griz Tix is showing a few seats left in the nose bleed seats, the place is going to rock tonight for weebs, as it should. The crowd, IMHO gets a 2 but it should be a 3.

I does think I was rather hasty in my evaluation of Jamar being a 2. He grades out at a 3.5 working towards a 10. And the crowd gets a 3 for last nights performance.
I don’t know if anyone saw it but Travis really tore into Dorsey coming off the floor in the first half. He never saw the floor again.
