I just don't see any Egriz posters getting detered by this article.....
 
There are some egriz posters that may want to put a general retraction in their avatars, given the amounts of the lies they tell. I hope she wins the case. I think she will. The retractions have admitted that the defamation. The only question should be damages, assuming what was said initially was false. The law in this area is continuing to develop. The websites are also getting to be targets.
 
It would be worth $25k to get that kind of rich bitch in a court room and take her apart.

Social media has hurt a lot of people when used the wrong way, so I agree I hope that she wins as well. More and more people are being held accountable, especially in area of bullying. Not too long ago, a fired employee lost his entire settlement simply because his daughter posted something rather innocent on facebook. I would be more careful if I were AG1, when you consider what he and a couple of his AKAs post all the time its a wonder he has never been sued. But then he could probably get off by pleading insanity.

Oh sorry, I retract that last statement. There is no absolute proof AG1 is insane just because he post rather ridiculous stuff on a regular basis.
