Mellot and Askelson

I am not this guy, but have you ever watched a coaching staff not give a damn about players in a big game like this?

Askelson was concussed in the first half and they let him back and then they just run Mellot into the ground and he can never finish a a game against NDSU they are just too physical.

Pretty gross handling of players by Vigan, he doesn't give a damn about them as people

That’s pretty much been the ‘Scat MO for years…ever since Andersen was there…

I agree but just wanted to make a legit football thread about it instead of all the weak bitches on here with their cutesey ramblings that only they enjoy.

Vigen is a scumbag for doing that to kids to win games

It's their motto, "Next man up." I wouldn't suggest that program to a young high school player.

Not going to disagree with you on this.
However, Montana boys are stubborn and competitive.
I doubt if any of the guys mentioned voluntarily come out.
Montana boys are fighters!

I'm nowhere as tough as these guys.
I sprained my ankle, Dr tells me to sit for 3 to 4 weeks.
F that, 2 days later I spent all night cutting off my cast, all in an effort to not miss any games.
Mom was furious at my actions.
I told her, it's my decision and I'm playing moving forward.
She knew there was no stopping me from playing.

I'm sure these guys have the same damn competitive attitude as I did. From the coaching stand point, that attitude and effort is LOVED! Coaches live for that kind of will and determination. It's infectious!

There is also an element of penance, these are probably good young men, who made horrible life decisions. We've all made those; driving when we shouldn't have, shoveling snow onto our neighbor's sidewalk, attending university in Bozeman. In hockey we go to the penalty box, feel shame and two minutes later go free, for others it's playing for the Bobcats.

If their coach doesn't care about them why should we? This isn't bobcatnation.

When a player is knocked out he should be protected from himself, no way should he have been allowed back in the game.

Please, these coaches have games to win, first things first. Some of them may be looking at jail time once the off season arrives.
