i had a complete achilles rupture once...it sucks! atleast 2 months of no full weight walking on it...another month re learning how to walk with the new achilles...good luck McSurd!

The Rams site says that Trumaine was not practicing due and an undisclosed injury that doesnt seem to be too series... I couldnt find anything on Sambrano. Whats up with him?
